In common with most Martial arts Aikido offers improved fitness and flexibility, self confidence and a self defence skill.

Aikido though, offers more. Aikido skill is based on spherical movements and harmonisation with the opponent not confrontation and aggression.

Aikido classes are not age or fitness limited, if you can walk up the stairs to the dojo you can train.

Training is in a very friendly, warm environment with understanding and considerate students.
Instruction is given in a traditional, intelligent and structured way.
